Hi Tut I hope you are well. I see Mr Urbanski sold a little over 1m shares at approx .03 the last few days. I believe this is pretty consistent with what he generally has done over the past few years. You are correct more often then not when he sells the stock seems to go somewhat higher as you alluded to. He probably has sold enough (30k) for several months.

The trading the last several days has started to ramp up which could be indicative of things to come. As we all know it has been a very long time for the 10k as well as the Q's to be completed.

There has been some noise that the 10k will never be completed and that the shares are worthless. What Urbanski did today is consistent with what he has done for several years. As Tut mentioned the stock went from .03 bid to finish at .036 cents over 20% higher. I also saw 1m shares at .03 on the bid by nite which is about 30k of stock. Apparently someone wants in. Today 700k was done at .0301. We know the seller Mr Urbanski but who was the buyer is the much more important question??????? On tues Urbanski went to the offer 200k at .03 and was filled. The buyer was looking for 70k more bidding .03 so Urbanski hit that.

Some people will point and say that Urbanski is selling now not a good sign. Well over a year ago he sold a good amount between .085 and .10 and missed the move to .20. I bet he is good for several months before he sells anymore would be my guess. If he had such an issue with the company he has 15m more he can sell. He sees a bid of 1m at .03 so if he really wanted to he could have sold 1m more today with no issue at .03.

I am encouraged to see the action over the last several days as maybe we will something over the near term period. Volume precedes price. Hope all is well.
