SB, I totally disagree with the 3rd paragraph, implying that "if a buyout were near the acquiring company would be calling the shots by now" In my small business, I have acquired 2 smaller companies and what you have stated is just not how it works.
I love the fact you and other SH are now at least no longer shutting the door on entertaining a UF or NTEK buyout.
IMO these are all very positive developments and real good news is near! Especially relative to what SH have endured over the last year.
