Question though about the buyout part of your post. The company saying they are moving the content budget from 2-10 million is talking in futuristic terms, which may mean they do not anticipate a buyout offer, correct? Also, they continue to update Ultraflix. Can we take that off the table at the moment?
I understand they are not going to quit building value and improving because they may be bought out, but if a buyout was near, the purchaser would probably be calling the shots now, including the update we saw to Ultraflix today.
Also, I believe RustyDog is correct which also means Atlas1 is correct, NTEK is not in desperate need of cash and diluting is for some other reason. RustyDog below.
"I presume that all of the revs generated with the specials will be entirely counted since they have already taken the money from us that did the $99, $49, or $24 deals. They simply are not obligated to pay Paramount their share of these deals till they are actually seen by the customers. If this is what is about to happen with the next quarterly statement we could see some serious revenue increase indeed."
