Question though about the buyout part of your post. The company saying they are moving the content budget from 2-10 million is talking in futuristic terms, which may mean they do not anticipate a buyout offer, correct? Also, they continue to update Ultraflix. Can we take that off the table at the moment?
I understand they are not going to quit building value and improving because they may be bought out, but if a buyout was near, the purchaser would probably be calling the shots now, including the update we saw to Ultraflix today.
Also, I believe RustyDog is correct which also means Atlas1 is correct, NTEK is not in desperate need of cash and diluting is for some other reason. RustyDog below.
