Also, Meadows may have had unfettered access to the T.A. (unknowingly by the CEO and CFO). Through this access, he may have been diluting without reporting or without Tom's knowledge.
It is all speculation. But, Meadows has reporting requirements. He has been around a long time and he knows those requirements. However, Common shares may have different requirements
