well, my answer would be....wouldn't it be great if we knew all the inner workings and back door deals and drama behind the scenes? we dont. pink stocks dont file everything that we would want to know, nor are they required to, and we should always remember that. now that doesn't mean something nefarious is going on...or not going on. it just is what it is.
i am not sure "they" (meaning RMH) necessarily allowed this to happen. as roger implied, meadows could have gone rogue. but again...we dont really know.
as far as the "logic" goes, meadows probably knows. jerry probably knows. want me to guess? i'm guessing meadows wants his money back sooner rather than later. perhaps the shares are worth more than the money he lent to RMH and he wants his profit now, rather than later. maybe he wants to use that cash to get another start up going? i can think of a million things.
