Why did the pps of AMBS go down before the announcement? Why did the ask for Advent go to 52 cents the day of the announced LOI? Check this Video out once again..Greg is clueless...He is a handler of Shells....The only buyer was a few takers at 52 cents and the rest sells at 33 cents...Guess the fluff news didn't work out for the shell manipulators in our opinion. JP is right, the converters will continue to convert...John Fife is betting the PPS of Avant will go to 10 cents so he too can play the convert shell game...imo
Layman's Terms you ask? Do more DD on Greg..He has this shell located around the block from Provista DX...He knows William Gartner and the Deal Will Gartner made to AMBS. In my opinion he and John Fife saw an opportunity and so far it has backfired on their Avant investment.imo Time will tell you understand...be patient be wary...It is only my opinion..Do your DD and beware of those who claim this pps will go up 200 percent as indicated last Monday, which it did not happen..What happened to that poster? ...See the pps trade between 20 to 30 cents as the converters convert and then fall to the 10 to 12.5 cent range...Keep an eye on the bid and ask of AVDX, it will go back to its 25 cent level from the bagholders who lose confidence it that penny play..imo
