I don't get it either.....
Hopefully we'll hear something soon from Gerald on how this is going to work for us.
At the moment i don't see the value of this merger at all and liquidity of AVDX shares is one of the huge problems i see, which has been confirmed by Jason Napodano.
If you own 80 million shares of a company that has no liquidity/volume then your shares are worthless no matter what the PPS is.
The only thing i can think of right now is that AVDX will sell all 3 diagnostic assets (lympro, msprecise and OvaDX) as a package to big pharma down the road and then the 80million shares that AMBS own will be bought out for a nice sum of money (hopefully).
But now we have little choice but to wait and see how this deal is explained by Gerald.
Selling shares is not an option for me right now but i will not be buying anymore shares either until i see some signs of real progression.
I want to see some cash/funds to take out the toxic financers.
Hopefully Gerald has something else in store for us soon!
