The executive board will review such offers in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. As a consequence of indications of interest received from potential acquirers, Bilfinger had retained professional advisors to carry out a market evaluation and to accompany the talks. The subsequently received offers will now be analyzed in detail. This was resolved today by the executive board. The analysis will be performed without prejudging the outcome. Accordingly, a decision on the possible sale of these principal divisions of the Building and Facility segment and a potential adjustment of the two-pillar strategy which may be required thereby has not been taken.
