$PSGR.... the plot thickens. Until2017 and Photonics_Guy have provided some interesting posts with respect to Dr. Ruckman PhD of Pershing Resources. One link provided by Photonics_Guy raised more questions. According to the analytical credits for the lab, the address for the lab AARC (Analytical and Research Consulting) is 614 North 400 East, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660. This is a single family residence built in 1974 (Note: the Ruckman link for testing/signature was June of 1985). There appears to be no current listing or reference for the AARC Lab at this address nor was I able to verify that a certified lab was ever at this address. Possibilities for the address: 1) The house address was the business address for Ruckman's company and a lab was elsewhere 2) Zoning may have been different in 1985 and a lab may have been located at this location (could not locate/verify) 3) A atomic adsorption unit (spectrometer) could have been located at this address and used by a qualified chemist for analysis in conjunction with titrations 4) Smoke and Mirrors.
as noted by Until2017 and Photonis_Guy, verifiable Ruckman research papers/thesis/degree award and scientific articles have not been located on the web. This does not mean they do not exist, only that t it is peculiar that comprehensive searches have not located any validation of his degrees/credits. The search for this information continues. Any assistance or information that YOU can provide/post to confirm or challenge ANY of the credentials or information with respect to any and all Pershing Resources personnel is welcome... Please post.
