I do know there are better more focused searches I could use.


One such search is simply to put the guy's name in "quotes" .


That is a good approach, until and when you realize his name
could be any of :

Dr. J Ruckman
Dr. J H Ruckman
Dr. Jack Ruckman
Dr. Jack H Ruckman
Dr. Jack Ruckman, PhD
Dr. Jack H. Ruckman. Phd

. . . . . you get the picture. ... Your search, "ruckman phd metals"
was an excellent choice. ... You found two links I had not discovered.



But as you say the Dr. Jack Ruckman has written NO PAPERS we
can locate ( so far ) and we cannot validate the earning ( granting ? )
of the PhD.
