Each year, millions of people ring in the new year with the hope of a new beginning. Some people make resolutions while others reflect on where they have been to direct where they will go in the future.
As we rang in 2016, we pondered what Labor SMART looked like on January 1st, 2011? How did it all begin?The reality is that just 5 short years ago, Labor SMART did not exist and we became eager to learn about our origins.
Not many employees have the chance to ask their CEO how their company came to be and what it took to get it to where it is today. We were lucky enough to interview Ryan Schadel and get the full rundown of our Origin Story.
