CW....I am not really sure the answer to that. All I really do know is that this is not a complicated issue, and that the OMB has a history on several occasions being consistent with their answer, which is the same as the Minister of Agg. So, basically, it is a pre-formed decision on behalf of the OMB that the zoning issue was changed post the counsel giving us permission to build what they knew would be a MMJ grow facility. In my view, it will take one board member to look over the paperwork, make a decision, and that will be that. I would say 2 months at the very longest. That is just my guess though. GLTU
