Tuesday the 5th is a prehearing so I wonder what can come of that... Parties meet, organize things for the actual hearing and possibly... possibly settle things but not likely... So how long past the pre-hearing will the hearing be scheduled for? What is a reasonable expectation from Tuesday's prehearing?
