There are a couple of interesting things in there that some may or may not be aware of. Two things are the number of board members that may review the documents and issues, and the timeline for a decision to be made.
So, let's take the first issue of how many board members this is likely to take.
Personally, I do not feel that this will take more than one, and I base that on the fact that the OMB has on several occasions reviewed the issues at hand and made the same consistent conclusion.....which would favor our position. In short....this is really not that complicated.
The next issue is the timeline which can range from 2 - 3 months, because the conclusion needs to be edited, written and in short all mistakes or wording needs to be accurate.
It would appear that because the issues have precedent in earlier rulings, that again, this is not complicated. Therefore, I doubt that it will take longer than the minimum timeline to deliver the opinion.
Then, it comes to mind that Bill re-set the hearing date for the J/R to March. The puzzle comes together here in that it needs to be viewed this way: Having a ruling in our favor by the OMB will allow us to have a legal place to grow and do research. Once we enter the J/R phase of this, it is important to have that in place as H/C can not issue a license to a company who has no facility to grow.
So, the timelines are very tight, but, in the correct order to facilitate the best outcome. We do not want the cart in front of the horse.
This will be an exciting year for us all in my view. Unfortunately, we all have to wait for the government to do their thing. But then, some things are DEFINATELY worth the wait. Considering Bills little trips and business meetings....I think it is pretty clear that there is a lot of confidence in the future of the company. GLTA
