NanoTech’s UltraFlix Updates Further Enhance 4K Quality and User Experience
UltraFlix boasts HDR, Adaptive Streaming, New CDN and Movie Purchases
SAN JOSE, CA - July 30, 2015 -
NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK), a
pioneer in bringing the 4K Ultra HD experience to consumers, will be releasing a major
feature update to its rapidly growing and popular 4K video streaming channel, UltraFlix.
These new cutting-edge application feature enhancements will enable higher quality
video streaming with smooth playback.
These enhancements include:
•
HDR.
High Dynamic Range images are just as important as, if not more than,
resolution. HDR brings images to life with a much wider color gamut and brightness.
Color, hues and shades are dramatically richer. Brightness is up to 40 times richer.
Contrast is enhanced up to 500 times, bringing a finer sense of dimension with more
natural depth and shading. Viewers not only feel the difference, but significantly
notice the fine details.
WE got head start from PR stated in 2013 ntek began conversions into HDR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“With 4K Studios’ recent technological advancements, we are no longer limited to just creating new 4K content to meet this growing demand,” Foley noted. “Content owners such as broadcasters and movie studios have vast libraries of content that can be economically converted to pristine 4K and offered to consumers while providing added ROI from their library. The premium versions (with embedded ads) can also be quickly turned into very high-quality 4K VOD content that can be used to generate incremental revenue.”
To ensure that the content is clean, crisp and noise free, 4K Studios’ Ultra HD Scanners take a 35mm film (or even 16mm) and make multiple digitization of each frame of the film at different light levels in red, green and blue, creating an HDR 4K image for every frame of the film. At the same time, the audio track image from the film is scanned and put into a synchronized audio file.
