This market cap is not overpriced for a fully filing company with verifiable products/sales... This oversold valuation is what you see with dirty pink shells, not legit/clean companies
Most every penny stock is losing money each and every quarter, but very few of them have the margins + rapid growth potential that can turn them around, like PFSD.
There are times to own any stock and times to stay away... Sadly, many longs held through a period where it lacked interest, but this is changing. It finally hit the sweet spot and is starting to wake up. I had not held this one for years, but am glad to be able to grab some down here. This can easily move back to previous market cap levels, which is hundreds of percent higher... It has never traded this cheap= $350,000 (verified by the TA on Friday)
This is the type setup that traders love and i expect more interest to build here. Walmart is a big name to throw around. It adds legitimacy along with mega growth potential
Hopefully they hit it with some SALES news now that they finally got some eyes on it. Sales news is the best type of news for a consumer product stock.

They are the makers of Windex, along with hundreds of other popular brands. Dr Hagarty was a Senior Research Chemist for several of their popular brands and has been developing for PFSD...

PFSD lost yet another 1.3 million dollars as they just did in the fiscal year ending June, 30 2015. Another reason the price has tanked. Many years of accumulated losses as they have been around a long time.
October 13, 2015 to November 16, 2015 another 17 million shares added. So in two months at least 49 million shares added. PFSD appears to be in a dilution phase. That is why the price tanked. Stocked has gone from .10 in first fiscal quarter June 2014 to .002. 1.3 million loss for year ending June 30, 2015. June 30, 2014 had $266,000 in cash, June 30, 2015 only $30,000. They are bleeding cash. They lost nearly 28% in annual sales. 2.9 million for the year 2014 and 2.1 for the year ending 2015. A huge drop. And will still keep dropping as only $227,000 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2016 that just ended September 30, 2015. Their worst sales in a quarter in a long time. Face it, sales are plummeting. Numbers are looking worse and worse as losses mount, dilution continues and losses continue,
O/S was 108 million on November 16th per the financials. 32 million added in just the last month alone resulting in the price tanking. If 140 million is the right amount now as posted. Are there even more? Only $14,000 in the bank.
Net sales for the last quarter were only $227,000 The year before $486,000, a 50%+ decline. Last quarter another $406,000 lost.

Well said... Its quite amazing how so many long time investors in pennyland, have such a little understanding of penny stocks.
They all lose money, have dilution, red flags, etc... One must look deeper than this to uncover the catalysts that can turn a buck.
Often, the worse scams see the biggest runs. Sad, but true.
why does the CEO want shares? this is a turnaround story.
the market cap is incredibly small, and leverage is so good, news will send it flying higher.

Please! When Mick ran the company we had several profitable quarters. Now we are wracking up quarterly loss after quarterly loss and sales dropped 27% in the last fiscal year alone. Now they just have one of their worst recent quarters at $227,000 in sales this last quarter which is their first quarter for fiscal 2016. a 50% drop in sales from the year before. And some wonder why the price has plummeted. And no PR's from the company for the most part outside of filings.
PFSD has lost money for years and seems to have finally run out of cash and the big private placements they used to get. That is why the dilution has started in this one for the first time and the price tanked. This company has been around quite awhile and accumulated losses are getting out of hand. Yep, many pennies lose money and most end up diluting first and then reverse splitting or going to trips.
PFSD's investment in growth creates opportunity (in the stock price), that will pay off as profits are realized.
the best runners on the OTC are all bottom bouncers, not the ones flying at 52 week highs.
it's about the leverage - and the scramble for shares continues.

Most pennies lose money and have NOTHING to show for it. This is why they are penny stocks..
It sucks for those that bought in the pennies, buy buying at these levels seems like a decent gamble to me.

A small companies quarters can be up and down, due the order cycle of their customers. This is normal when you are small... Hopefully the improved margins/investments will have a positive effect in the upcoming quarters.
If this company was perfect we would not be buying it so cheap.
