JUST LIKE I SAID A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO WHAT THEY WOULD SAY AT THE MEETING. THE FAA STILL HAS NOT GAVE US A ANSWER BUT WE SHOULD HERE FROM THEM BY THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY. SO PREDICTABLE. WE JUST GOT STRUNG ALONG. ALSO WHO ARE THESE SO CALLED SOURCES THAT ALLWAYS GET EVERYTHING WRONG. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. I HOPE THIS WONT BE LIKE THE KENNEDY ASSASINATION WHERE WE WILL NEVER NOW THE TRUTH.WHEN THIS GOES OUT OF BUISNESS I JUST WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH.I THINK I DESERVE THAT FOR MY 30.000
If Baltia isn't allowed to take another mini it's because someone is paying off an insider in the FAA to block Baltia do getting certified. Plain and simple. There's no way in F'n HELL certification takes this long. Some other big airline insider is behind it all. Good for Igor not to give in. This smells like a mofo.
did anyone ask the important question. who the hell is paying off the FAA TO STALL this airline from being certified. or did anyone ask the more important question is this a scam. because it has to be one or the other . impossible that it could be this long for an answer.also did anyone ask if any other airlines are being certified while we wait IN LIMBO for what i dont know.

I did not actually hold it to read, but Russell read it to everyone.
It is for NLG, wing gear( I think they said just right side) and tail pin lubing. They have to do it per FAA. It is on hold though until approval to proceed is given by the FAA. Everything is ready to go but they don't want to spend the money until they are sure the FAA lets them proceed. Which Bsltia feels will happen by January 15th

That was not asked. I would assume that since it was FSDO out of Detroit they would come back to KYIP. But who knows, maybe the FAA would go up to Oscoda to do it.
Did they say why the flew the plane to Oscoda, since it was not for the NLG?
What if it's an R1 redeploy? Can the do it there or fly it back to Ypsilanti?
Whew! Time for me walk away from this for a while.

No, they are first waiting to hear from the FAA before they spend the money on the Needed maintance on the plane. They said once the FAA gives their blessing it is only a two week job on the conservative side to complete all that needs to be done.
So many questions. Anyone that went to the meeting know if it was video taped?
What is the status of the new landing gear? Is new landing gear on the aircraft. Is it paid for?

Did they talk about what they intend to do for money? Selling PP shares at .0002 or .0003 seems implausible to me. They can't get a loan from a legit source. Have they found a new whale?
No RS will do a lot to calm things for sure but I do hope they post some info on Facebook to make things official especially about the no R/S and the fact that they got a positive response from FAA via the letter.....Thanks Fire
Thank you Firestream for your assessment of the meeting. They are about 90% complete with all task. If they don't get special consideration having done everything right and have to do #8 they'll pass for sure.
They did say they will not R/S. They feel that will hurt the shareholders and not an option! They are not worried about the PPS at this point and said that once the FAA gives a pass the PPS will recover. They are more concerned about getting thru this hump in the road then the current PPS. Things are still good and progressing. Once the FAA gives a desicision things will start moving again!
Did blta mention the meeting on NOVEMBER 16 per Monroes email evidence last week? When the Faa denied blta further certification unless they replied?
People drove to the meeting. Came straight after work. Have been stressing all year long. Waited all month for this meeting. And what did they get? A Merry Christmas kick in the rear end!
I feel for us investors who continue to believe in baltia after the pps is down 95%...and still no progress all year long.
