No, it's part of the same settlement. This is the final installment. My conjecture is that they didn't want to give Aruda all the shares at the same time in case he would dump them on the market.
He missed the presentation because he was in a car accident. People at the meeting said he still seemed to have difficulty moving -- trouble getting up on the 1-foot high stage was specifically mentioned.
