I haven't seen the web cast yet ,did Jerry say the international efforts "didn't pan out"? You're tossing incinuations around rather loosely aren't you? I last heard that regulatory delays were mostly all that was standing in the way of product sales in Canada and India, though I've seen nothing for an update in the last several weeks. Government agencies are slow with everything, so I wouldn't write all international deals off just yet.
