I think the company jumped the gun way too early on PR releases with India, Asia, Canada. Since they didn't pan out, it only causes negativity with investors and shows incompetency with leadership (even if it really isn't their fault the govt approves, but they take the hit for it).
This should be a lesson learned to just avoid PR like that until it's a for sure done deal with product getting distributed.
This Letter of Intent from the Indian tribe, let's hope that doesn't turn out to be another venture that didn't pan out. Better to save that type of info for a quarter report or yearly report regarding something they're looking into. Too much PR can hurt because now people are expecting it every day.
Let's hope they follow up with the audited financials or else their Facebook page could turn messy real fast.
