After this post, many had responded to me, either

Yes, the communication from the FAA is legit. Many says that it's easy to create and hack one, blah blah blah. That is true, but this is a government server. It is difficult to create a clone e-mail when it has a build in encrypted software. However, before I had send an e-mail to the three people that Monore provided, they are legit. Laura Brown has a Google + page, with her FAA e-mail address on it, also has Linkedin profile, and same email shows up on the FAA page. That goes for the others as well. The phone number that Monore provided...same one. The Hack theory needs to be put to bed. If one REALLY wanted to pretend it's someone else, then one has to know who the incoming e-mail address is....nobody knew what my e-mail address was until AFTER I posted the email conversation. So, how in 1 in a million would one capture my e-mail address and respond pretending it's someone else? (By the way, I did not use the brown@faa.gov e-mail address...I used laura.j.brown@faa.gov address.)
But many are right...it is not a final order. That information that Monore had may have been the trigger to get Baltia to have a meeting since they have been waiting for an respond from the FAA. Then they hear about this, it's like, "Umm, no....we need to talk."
I do not see it as it's done deal. I see it as a movement that FAA and Balita got together and formed a plan. There are rumors about a decision in January as you can see posted...I heard it from another source as well. Is there any truth to that? We'll see from the ASM on Monday.
The e-mail communication is not false. It's the same address I used when I communicated to the 787 team including FAA and the FAA had first name.last name@faa.gov. I however was very surprised to get a respond from the FAA, but then again...I was communicating to a PR team. They had that information for the public.
I am however, puzzled on why Monore had this e-mail for weeks and not say anything until now. Many are puzzled too. But...it doesn't matter.
I am still pro-balita and I still am holding on my shares. I really think we'll hear a lot of good things from the ASM, and some things that "the truth will hurt" things to come from it. I don't think this e-mail sheds negative light on Baltia at all. I think it triggered an alarm and they requested a meeting which took place 2 days ago.
