Thank you for responding back. On the message board of Investorhub.com, ( ), a user name Monroe1 claims to have communication with you guys on the status of the Baltia Airlines 121 Certification, and claims that you responded back.
Many of us suspect that it's a fraud e-mail communications fabricated by Monore1 using your names. The reason I ask is because millions of dollars are being involved on this information on a stock trading company.

On November 16, the FAA issued a Notice of Proposed Denial regarding issuance of an air carrier certificate to Baltia for failing to satisfactorily comply with the FAA’s requirements for emergency evacuation demonstration. The Notice of Proposed Denial does not constitute a final order. Baltia has 30 days to reply to the FAA.
