PSGR....links to a little historical data with respect to the former names of Pershing Resources Company, Inc. You may draw your own conclusions as I remain neutral on this board.

The above draw attention to the prior corporate names of Pershing Resources Company, Inc....Mariah International, Guildmark Industries, M.G.Gold, Xenolix Technologies.
One former name of the company has been omitted (Franklin Lakes Resources) due to Xenolix buying back shares, etc from the company AFTER Franklin Lakes threatened legal action...I do NOT know how this was resolved.
