Correction: My initial interpretation of the unilateral decision to postpone the depositions was wrong.
An emotional response to the negative being peddled on the boards
clouded my better judgment yesterday and led me astray.
"Unilateral" does mean singular,
Bill acted on his own behalf to postpone
the depositions. Which has me perplexed.
The only time you back down is when you are gaining ground or position in your argument. You certainly do not want to lengthen the battle.
The 90 day extension is STILL tactical because the Zoning issue should be resolved by then. There is no license without the OMB correcting what Lakeshore has done.
As far as the Laws to come as grounds for the extension it seems to be directed to both the court and HC for consideration.
I can only hope that this correction may help you to gain insight.
