And we can, of course, trust their "counsel". Here is what I hear in my head. "How much will it cost us if they sue us? Ok, we have that and more from selling, sell away." Or there is another snake in the grass that GC is unaware of due to his brilliant financial engineering. This is so ridiculous.

Also, I agree with te opinion about the "announcement" around the JPM conference. Be prepared for major disappointment. As was said, if there was news and it was positive, meaning that the share price would appreciate, they should/would announce it immediately. It is going to be more of the same, "working hard, expecting, in the near future, hoping, etc" . Anyone that buys into the conference and holds is a fool, hence what will happen to the share price after the conference. This is a pure trading vehicle at this point. ESS is our only hope, which is sad.

By the time MANF ever becomes anything, there will be technologies that surpass it. Gerald already said as much in the interview where he mentioned the company that was working on something "further upstream" than what AMBS has. I loved how he said he was very excited for them. Great, a company that just made MANF in ALZ irrelevant due to the fact that they are treating the problem so that MANF would not be necessary by targeting the issue "further upstream". Now, of course this isn't the only indication, but if this is a sign of things to come, we are in trouble.
