This is too long a story. I didn't believe any of it in the beginning either.

If they are using shorts to drive the price down they must be naked. If so, those shares are already be in the market. They have to be covered at some point in time unless we go BK. I don't see BK, so they will have to be covered.
Covering means they have to buy shares on the market to allow them to close their transaction. They have to buy from someone. They can buy from you, or they can buy from the company (600,000,000 conversion).
They don't want to give away even 1 of the 600,000,000 real shares that they were able to obtain from the company - It gives the 25% ownership of a brand new rocketship.
They want to create doubt and crazy trading and they want you to sell them your shares for sub-pennies so they can close their short transaction.
If no-one ever sells them their shares, and they are ultimately forced to cover by using the 600,000,000 shares they just got from NTEK, then they no longer own a position in NTEK. They walk away with their shorting profit, but they no longer have a future with NTEK.
Remember, you are all on your own to figure this out for yourselves. I am not a broker and may be missing something.
