Thanks for the update on your understanding of the convertible debt. Can you tell me what "if you sell" means? Who is you? Is you referring to us being the shareholders of NTEK stock? Are you saying that if you sell your shares that you are selling them into the 600M shares that they own? And they would only want to buy at that 0.0033 price? Not higher? Not lower?

And what determines if the selling results in them keeping the 600M shares? Is there some percentage of selling that will fulfull part of the "if you sell"?

Just trying to understand it all.
