They still can present a case if the company retains a Majority and plea bargains with the dates it traded. It's really not that many traded shares as far as I can tell. Take this block and restructure with a clean filing, Present the future business model and fund the business with the sells of the new share structure.
Just needs some simple conversions I really feel the FAA & FTC would support this action. But only the SEC will have the finale word
