Transactions Related to Share Buyback Programme
ISS A/S, a prominent company in workplace experience and facility management, has unveiled a new share buyback programme designed to return excess cash to its shareholders.
Launched in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 from the European Parliament and the Council, this programme aims to achieve two key objectives: (i) to reduce share capital and (ii) to fulfill obligations arising from ISS's share-based incentive programmes.
Under this initiative, ISS is authorized to repurchase shares for a total maximum amount of DKK 1.25 billion, starting from 22 February 2024 and continuing until 19 February 2025, both dates included. The second phase of the buyback programme, which permits repurchases of up to DKK 750 million, began on 13 August 2024, with the completion expected by 19 February 2025 at the latest.
