As with your post there are suggestions that need to be relayed to Ultraflix. I suggest you forward your thoughts to NTEK support.
I have seen many posts with valid suggestions that also need to be forwarded to management so that Ultraflix can make the user interface as painless as possible. I am sure NTEK is working on many issues as best they can, however, as investors I believe it is imperative that we forward such issues/suggestions as we see them. I have forwarded two concerns myself that may help viewers.
