the point is that the spin-out will generate significant capital on the balance sheet so that AMBS can move forward with their therapeutic pipeline.
Thats what you want, at least thats what i want and many other investors.
I don't care where or how they get the significant capital, as long as they do!
Once they have cash they can move forward with the pipeline and when you move forward with the pipeline you achieve milestones which will create value and in the end we'll be a 300 million market cap or in 5 years even much much higher!
Lets wait and see what will happen around 11th of january.
I strongly believe by that time we will be much much higher in PPS
