Anyway, today was the first time I did some hands on work on someone else's television and I ran into a few issues. I thought I'd outline what I found on a new Samsung and hopefully people can add on issues they may have had with their models. Then hopefully NTEK can make adjustments or at the very least they can get beta tester feedback. So without further adieu here we go:
1. Tech support telephone number on the app
2. Easy answers to typical questions or problems/tips and tricks. I had an issues with judder on a new Samsung. Instead of raising the bit rate I was told by UF users on this site to lower the bit rate and it worked!
3. A movie search bar of some sort (by name or genre and suggestion based on previously watched films)
4. On the www.ultraflix.com site, something that lets NEW people know there are a lot more video on the APP. People STILL complain that there just isn't enough 4K content.
5. Love the look of the new website but BRAND it.
That's what I've initially come up with but I also would like to point out that EVERYONE that who saw UltraFlix today was a newbie and they were all very impressed with the outstanding quality of the product and service. At least two more have signed up or are signing up after seeing it this today along with the 99 for $99 deal. Not that it's really any news to any of us here but these people were not only surprised about UltraFlix's quality BUT also the amount of content UF has already available. We have a winner!
