The positive I see are not everyone will do this deal but yet some will be "customers" for a very long time. These customers that have purchased the 99 movies will be able to tell people about where they get their streaming movies from ... again, for a very long time.
They won't forget about Ultraflix because of the long deal they purchased, and because of that word of mouth will be helped.
It's smart imo. Call it a "building a base" of customers move.
