PAI , you are asking valid questions. At the SHM we were told NTGL audits would be done by mid Sept. Even The most ardent kiss-asses would agree that those dates have passed. Proxy, give me a break. Insiders own enough shares to pass any agenda, just send the proxy and do what you want. Call me an idiot, but I still believe and had the fortitude to add more this week. Just totally frustrated and sick of pumpers without reason. NTEK.
