Definitely wasn't me since I don't have a Facebook account nor ever had one.
I think they are stuck like the rest of us waiting for answers when NTEK feels like getting around to it.
Although I appreciate your input here as well as the others here. I am an engineer and try to analyze things to death I guess. lol
