I am not sure why any shareholder who is due NTGL

I am not sure why any shareholder who is due NTGL shares would want NTEK to say "no, you can't have them, instead we are telling you we will do a share buyback". I don't think that would go over to well. Not to mention I don't see how they would use $2.8 m to buy back shares when they are diluting daily to pay the bills. Makes no sense.
