Gerald's arrogance, ignorance, and pure apathy tow

Gerald's arrogance, ignorance, and pure apathy towards shareholders couldn't be any clearer. More garbage funding from "an institutional investor" aka a payday loan shark. The first thing that should go is his salary.
If this company is going to end up as good as he says it is, why is he not buying even miniscule amounts with his paycheck? The guy either knows the company is on life support or he is so poor at managing money that the friggin guy is making over a quarter mil a year and doesn't even have money to buy shares at this price.
But he would have shareholders believe that they have been in a quiet period since Vietnam and that he can't buy because big news is around the corner. This piece of human garbage has had big news around the corner since I was pregnant with my daughter and she is freaking 3.5 years old now.
