Wine Auctions Return to Ontario TORONTO, Nov. 19,

TORONTO, Nov. 19, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Canadian auction house Waddington's announces their first online fine wine and spirits auction November 23 to 26, 2015.

Waddington's presents over 400 lots of fine wine and spirits in its first online auction under the authority of the LCBO. This online auction features an array of vintages of Classed Growth Bordeaux, including all the first growths, Grand Cru and Premier Cru Burgundy, Vintage Champagne, Cult California 100 point classics, stunning Italian Super Tuscans and rare Spanish gems, as well as Vintage Port from superb vintages.

The Toronto-based, Canadian-owned auction company was awarded an exclusive contract to provide fine wine and spirit auction services in Ontario under the authority of the LCBO, a first for an Ontario auction company. Waddington's conducted the LCBO's Vintages Fine Wine and Spirits auctions from 2009 until 2013.

Waddington's will also conduct their inaugural live fine wine auction on December 12, 2015 at Waddington's Toronto gallery.
