Today's trading session was encouraging. 50/50 buy/sell. I have noticed big buy volume through CANT (Cantor Fitzgerald). The actual $ is not a lot, but perhaps positioning to take controlling interest over the company. If we get through the dilution with only about 35 mil shares outstanding, I think we will be OK.
In the mean time, the SP will go a lot lower. If you have extra money to spend, you can average down. If not, sell now and preserve some capital to buy back at the bottom (I sold 70% last wk). The only thing that may keep people from selling is the carrot that is being dangled (transaction this qtr). I will take the chance that it won't happen this qtr; or if it does it will be either not significant enough or won't be announced till next qtr.
