The "Nature of the Keiretsu and the Japanese cu

The "Nature of the Keiretsu and the Japanese culture" is as solid as it can be. Most often an unspoken agreement. I found out first hand while I was at General Electric. They openly dismiss that it exists or is practiced in todays business environment. I can tell you from experience that it is "Real".
