I agree. It is incredible that owners of 3 independent companies - already doing business - and an inventor who is also a Cyber Security Manager of a world renown company - didn't complete proper DD before getting together in Drone Services USA. How did they even get together ? Were they targeted by "the consultant" who then laid out a persuasive plan on "how to go public" ? It certainly seems that way now.
