In October 2015, the President of IJJ Corporation, Mr. Clifford Pope after reviewing documentation received from the founder of Motionless Keyboard Company Mr. Thomas L. Gambaro on the Motionless Keyboard. Mr. Pope realized that there is untapped market for private secure network for encryption and decryption of message and content. The Motionless Keyboard with it docking station has the ability to establish an off-network interface with smart cellphones. After further collaboration, both Parties agreed to continue dialog, which is now a vision that both companies agreed to execute a contractual agreement for the development of the MobileBlueKrypto. In addition, the business relationship will create a joint venture for IJJ Corp to develop funding resources to assist MKC in product development, promotion, support services and financing.
Product Description:
MobileBlueKrypto is an enhanced version of the MobileBlueDock that provides very secure encrypted text messaging for military or corporate groups that require very secure communications. PGP encryption over a Bluetooth ergonomic keyboard linked to an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.
The security level is further enhanced by a proprietary app that will link the MobileBlueKrypto keyboard to the iPhone 6 in Near Field Communication (NFC) at 13.56 MHz for secured authentication to one foot around the MobileBlueKrypto unit allowing encrypted data files up to ten meg.
IJJ Corp role:
Develop structured funding instruments to raise expansion capital for MKC and orders. IJJ Corp as the Master Distributor will establish the business platform for the MobileBlueKrypto device, develop standard operating procedures, order processing policies, and provide customer support services for customers and authorized reseller.
Order processing will require clearance and approval before processing to ensure either a Government or organization in the secure messaging service environment is purchasing the MobileBlueKrypto.
As the Master Distributor and Reseller: IJJ Corp operates as a independent business providing customers support service, training and is responsible for maintaining, tracking, enforcing polices and procedures for the secure delivery of the MobileBlueKrypto private network.
Prepare and submit the GSA Schedule and registered IJJ Corp with Federal, DOD, and State governments, to include major secured corporation and industries with the need to secured data and messages.
