About AAEH

The Company incorporated in 1994 in the State of Nevada, USA as a Software developer company. The company was purchased twice before being acquired 2012, with a name changed to All American Energy Holding, Inc.(AAEH). The current management pursued leasing agreements for energy lighting systems and propane tanks.

New Business direction:

In August 2014, the company executed a corporate action to enter into the Water and Air pollution cleanup business and formed a team of consultants to develop an approach to design and patent a technology solution. In November 2014, applied for an Application Patent to reduce the toxic flare off gas from operating wells and to clean up the Fracked water through its operating agreements with Elite Energy and Harris Thermal Transfer Company. The use of these two entities is the foundation of the Application Patent. In October 2015, a negotiation was rendered to place the patent in a company name All American Water and Energy a private entity, that would assign full rights of usage to AAEH, which was completed on November 1, 2015.

AAEH is now planning and funding equipment manufacturing to start building it ridges and support service operation. Pursuant to having the need to provide support operating capabilities AAEH acquired a Manufacturing and Metal company named Paradise Manufacturer and Metal, Inc.

The planned start date to commence service is February 2016, with 2 customers ready to test and execute contracts based on performance, cost saving, and the reduction of pollution convert into credits from Flared Gas emission.

AAEH will enter into the Carbon Trade Exchange CTX), ctxglobal.com/ as a producer creating Carbon Credits as a owner and trader.

Business Concept:

AAEH is entering into the environment services business market both US Government, states, and industry-wide. AAEH will submit a proposal for a US Government General Service Administration pricing schedule, acquire business classification and pursue labor hour and subcontracts, to include prime contracts with the Federal, state governments. The 2016 budgets for environment services is around 83 billion dollars.

Currently the flared off gas from operating oil wells has been released into the atmosphere and the oil company that have not put in place emission reduction and capturing equipment can be fined as much as $12,500.00 per day. As of 2014 there is over 33 thousand license to permit for Hydraulic drilling with multiple sites in the USA.

Elite Energy has converted V-12 Caterpillar Engine Generators to burn the flared off gas and produce electricity to sell the electricity to utilities. Because of the high cost of transmissions lines, this process is greatly reduced. However, the company is entering into an agreement with Power Energy to store energy in Batteries. The batteries are on transportable trailers and transferable to various sites.

By using the energy to pump Fracked water from the wells and operate electrical condensers onsite the company can clean up the water and can provide clean potable water and dispose of the waste materials. In addition, the water is available for irrigate crops and other commercial projects.

By monitoring the carbon, emissions from the flare off gas the company will also calculate and sell carbon credits. The Carbon Credits are reported on IRS form 8933.
