china trip will be big, mark my words. we'v been hearing china this/that for a year. trip is the red zone for the deal, not start of talks
look up Lee's Pharmaceuticals, PRC licence for burn product veloderm. active buyer, SME, manufacturing facility in Heifei/Anhui
if past deals are any indication I see cash up front along with equity investment to tune of $50mill with milestone payments and royalty to follow. they have expertise.
go ahead, read their SEC filings of late. I already shared more extensive research coverage of some with private board, but there are several active buyer/growth companies in Anhui with MAJOR synergies and cash to burn
