Didn't get the quorum last time because the proxy went out late and some people didn't even receive it until afterwards, hence the date pushed out.
This time votes are due by Dec. 6, 2015 11:59 p.m. EST and you have the option to receive a email confirmation that your vote instructions have been received and recorded.
