Contacted them myself, asking for an explanation. The response is acceptable, not the best response, but acceptable. Just like Robert... am I worried? Hell yeah, but I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.
ME: "Well that R/S was out of no where. That's not what I would call "working on some huge things for this drink!". Let's hope my money isn't wasted."
