Re: coopswag45 #1356
im sorry i have been busy with IHUB and work. So if you have been reading over there then you know that i Called IR this morning. I left a message and didnt expect a reply. I said listen im a shareholder i have 15million and i added about a million more at 0003 this morning. i still believe in this company but you gotta tell me what is going on here. it doesnt look good.

i got a call back 2 minutes later from toby. he told me that they had no other choice but to put this anouncement out. the toxic lender would have dumped 500 million shares this week. and they needed to get rid of him.

i dont exactly know how this acomplished that or if it wont actually be acomplished until the actual R/S

He told me i was right to stay but because there is a lot of news comming. he told me this company is his baby. His mark on the beverage industry, his legacy. Him and mike put there heart and soul in addition to there money into this company. he has touched 3 major brands and his words " this product is going to be around for decades"

they cant get at that 5 mil until the lender is gone. they are fighting tooth and nail (clearly) to get rid of this asshole lender.
i have told you all before that this was the case. granted this is not what i expected.

He also said this is the R/S that they should have done the first time.

R/S is usually not a good sign i get it. But look at this company. look at what it has done and look at what it wants to do and how close it is to doing it.
there is a plan here.
there is a plan
i added a small amount today 1 mil shares.
if price holds i will add more when i get the money.

am i worried.
fuck yes
am i staying put
fuck yes
