Which is seemingly where we're headed. Oh well, if we have to go that route, the impending news of Baltia being stalled by the FAA will actually increase awareness of who/what Baltia is. The publicity will help the share price after we get past this (which is looking more and more like the result of legal action, not the FAA actually doing its job).
To keep sane, I've basically stopped looking for/expecting any action from them. I don't believe it's coming this week, or next. I'll believe it's coming when we're mid-lawsuit. I don't believe the FAA is going to do anything without being prodded by a legal team hired by Baltia. Just my opinion, but I think that's where we're going. Oh well, more time to buy.
