When you started your post with--thoughts are a little beyond MHO, you are long, you are optimistic, you are not naive, and certainly a realist-- I am all ears. Clearly many are too pessimistic and some are seeing this investment through rose colored glasses. Your assessment sounds logical and I welcome your thoughts anytime.
