The beauty of it is that everything in that FAA advisory circular, Baltia has already complied with (so Baltia is leaps and bounds ahead of all of the other airlines).

Heck, keep in mind the true reality of it all is that Baltia practically wrote it!

Secondly, it has been more than a week since the "decision makers" have asked for any further documentation......meaning to me that they have already gathered all the information that they need in order to make a decision.

Third.....as I was speaking with my broker about a few other things that he handles for me, we talked about yesterday's volume and price, and I gave him my "The Market Always Knows" statement, to which he responded that yesterday's action (on really no news - the advisory really isn't news) could be someone close to the situation might have called a cousin or brother-in-law and just suggested it might be time to pick up a few shares..............

LOL......I'm off to Colombia for 2 weeks starting this Saturday morning, but I'll still be keeping my finger on the pulse of BLTA.............
